Customer Assurance

Contract Type

Australian Property Care uses the Department of Fair Trading Contract for works over $20,000. This ensures that the countersigned contract is prepared and developed by a reliable and fair third party.

Home Owner & Tenant Safety

Our utmost priority is the safety of our clients, home owners, tenants & pets. Site fencing to exclude unauthorised persons/pets from our work areas, as well as site amenities and waste disposal is considered prior to project commencement. This ensures your site is kept clean & hazard free at all times.

Internal Quality Control

Embedded into every aspect of our business operations, are cohesive quality control measures to ensure your build is completed to the highest standard.

Insurances

Australian Property Care is fully insured, bringing peace of mind to all our clients that both parties are protected during and well after your project is completed: Public Liability Insurance - up to $20,000,00.00; Workers Compensation Insurance; Home Owners Warranty, Valid for 6 years from project completion date; and, Professional Indemnity Insurance.

At Australian Property Care, health and safety is of utmost importance to us. We understand our responsibility to provide a safe working environment for all our staff, subcontractors, residents and the general public. We also understand the importance of ensuring the safety of all facility occupants and individuals in surrounding areas to our works.

Embedded into every aspect of our business operations, are detailed and legally compliant health and safety policies and procedures. These are paramount to the way that our team runs our operations on a daily basis ensuring health and safety is given the rigger and focus it requires at all times.

Our internal safety management systems ensure that all trades, owners and tenants are kept safe at all times. We achieve this through strategic planning prior to commencing on site, thorough tool box talks at the start of everyday and via the implementation of Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).
