Terry Younes

Director

Throughout Terry’s 17 year career in construction and property development, he has successfully delivered over $2.5 billion worth of projects locally and internationally. He has worked on a variety of development and construction projects encompassing mid-tier residential and commercial developments, heritage refurbishments, fit-outs of places of public entertainment (POPE), large scale mixed-use developments, student accommodation complexes and ultra-luxury homes and apartments.

Terry recently co-founded APC to spearhead business growth; with a focus on delivering high quality projects for the maturing Australian remedial, residential and commercial fit out markets. His wealth of knowledge has been inspired by his international ventures and his experience in the luxury residential sector was forged developing and building some of the most exclusive real estate in Australia and the UAE. Terry’s focus on developing a strong brand has been fostered by a fervent mix of vision, customer experience and delivery. 

With a hands-on approach to management, Terry empowers his staff to think laterally and outside the square. It is this attitude that allows him to focus on clients, our people and the future growth of the  organisation. Terry was awarded the 2006 Masterbuilders Building Degree Graduate Award. He too worked alongside the team that were awarded the 2020 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Apartment of the Year Award for their work on 2 Wolseley Road, Coogee, NSW 2034.

Michael Shomar

Michael graduated university with a Bachelor of Construction Management majoring in Quantity Surveying and Estimating. He started his career within the construction industry working for a number of high-tiered construction organisations. He is a motivated individual, always looking for synergies and efficiencies to complete the task at hand. It was through this that he was quick to identify a gap in the market that meant he could introduce a service model where he would lean on his experience and network of contacts obtained during his time within the construction sector to provide a 360 degree remedial, residential and commercial fit-out solution to the market. 

From the outset, Michael has always been a hands-on individual overseeing all business operations on a daily basis. He has a high attention to detail, is quick to identify and correct areas of opportunity throughout project delivery. He always puts his clients first and goes above and beyond to ensure their needs are met. Michael worked alongside the team that were awarded the 2020 Housing Industry Association (HIA) Apartment of the Year Award for their work on 2 Wolseley Road, Coogee, NSW 2034.

David Johnson

Non-Executive Director

David is an Australian based Property Development Specialist with extensive knowledge in the fields of residential, high-end hotel and commercial developments. David previously held General Manager and Managing Director roles for subsidiaries of Global 500 Companies and has successfully delivered several large-scale mix-used developments including 500 Pacific Highway, St Leonards (The Landmark).

David has extensive knowledge in establishing new property structures, operations, land acquisition, development, off the plan sales and marketing, contract negotiation, on-site construction, and senior and junior loan facility arrangements.

David holds Master of Architecture degrees from the University of Sydney and University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands.

Kosta brings to Australian Property Care extensive years of expertise within the Development and Construction Industry during which he has been a key person in identifying new business career has spanned multiple relevant roles including vast development management experience within the residential and commercial sector of all major metropolitan markets.

Kosta’s duties comprise of identifying and securing development opportunities in New South Wales, which also entails his responsibility to ensure conversion rates, increase and maintain client confidence, and sustained business activity.

His commitment and perseverance to drive performance improves the company’s relationships with its clients whilst endorsing the vision and values of the organisation. His dynamic approach allows our stakeholders and clientele to work with confidence and trust and gives APC the opportunity to stand out in the construction industry.
